WHAT IS THIS?

a tool that I created for a Godot addon called 'voxel_tool'

It will convert a GLB to a TXT file that contains a buffer file that can be used in voxel_tool. this way will save performance by not generating structures in runtime.

This is only for Godot and only works for this addon
